The deadline to request a refund is October 18, 2020. 

For authors: Each paper must be covered by a FULL registration fee. Each full registration fee can cover up to 2 papers.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By registering for the ICECS2020 Conference, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below.

REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT:

  • To register for the ICECS2020 Conference, delegates can register through the CVENT portal. If you are registering via Bank transfer, please complete the registration form and send to Taylor Lineberger.  
  • None of your payment details are stored by Taylor Lineberger. 
  • Any request to change your registration must be emailed to [email protected].

AUDIO AND VIDEO RECORDING:

Audio and video recording is strictly not permitted during the Conference.

You agree that Taylor Lineberger is not liable to you for any loss, damage, injury or any incidental, indirect, special, consequential or economic loss or damage (including loss of opportunity, exemplary or punitive damages).

PRIVACY AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY:

You acknowledge and agree that, in respect of your attendance at the ICECS2020 Conference:

  • You may be photographed, filmed or recorded;
  • Taylor Lineberger can use and disclose your name and image in any material in connection with the  Conference;.

  • By bank transfer (in USD)
    • If using bank transfer method, please email Taylor Lineberger with the registration form. 


Every bank transfer must mention ICECS2020 as well as the name of the participant.
